Delivery

We use a courier company for deliveries to mainland UK, this excludes the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands, for these areas please contact us for delivery charges.

Our normal delivery is within five working days from your order date. On despatch we will send you a notification email. We regret that we cannot guarantee a particular time of day. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address as all deliveries must be signed for.

We charge £6.95 for delivery on orders up to £250. Orders over £250 are carriage paid if delivered to a UK Mainland address, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight.

Refunds

We are so confident in the quality of our towels that we offer a full 'no quibble' money back guarantee. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days of the purchase and we will credit your account with a full refund, excluding delivery charges. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Non-Delivery and Returns

We must be advised in writing within 14 days from the order date for a non-delivery and within 7 days from the order date for any damaged goods or shortages.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
